Information We May Collect

When you request a consultation, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, preferred time, travel interests, and messages. During planning, we may request itinerary details, passenger names, identification, nationality, passport or visa information, baggage, accessibility needs, meal preferences, and information necessary to provide the service.

After quotation acceptance, we may retain booking, payment, invoice, correspondence, and transaction records. Bank transfer refunds require banking information. Cash refunds may require identification and collection confirmation. Please provide accurate, current, relevant information.

Our website may receive procedural information, including browser, device, internet protocol address, pages visited, and access times, for security, performance, and usability. We do not use sensitive personal circumstances for improper advertising targeting.

Why We Use Personal Data

Veltixaerosky may use personal data to:

We use data for its stated or directly related purpose unless prescribed consent or another lawful basis applies. A consultation request neither confirms a charter nor authorizes unrelated promotions.

Direct Marketing Choices

We use personal data for direct marketing only as permitted by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Where required, we identify the marketing use and obtain consent. You may refuse or later withdraw consent without charge by emailing bookflights@veltixaerosky.com. Necessary operational messages concerning consultations, quotations, bookings, cancellations, safety, or refunds may continue.

Disclosure and Service Partners

We may share necessary information with aircraft operators, crew coordinators, airports, ground handlers, payment providers, professional advisers, technology vendors, insurers, or governmental authorities. Each disclosure will be limited to the information reasonably required for service delivery, legal compliance, security, or protection of legitimate rights.

Some recipients may operate outside Hong Kong. Where a transfer is necessary, we take practical steps to assess the recipient and protect the data through contractual, organizational, or procedural controls consistent with the Ordinance. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and Security

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, contractual administration, dispute handling, or legal and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer required will be deleted safely, anonymized, or otherwise made inaccessible.

We use proportionate safeguards, including access controls, staff confidentiality measures, record management procedures, and appropriate digital protections. Nevertheless, no website, email, or storage method is entirely risk free. Please avoid sending unnecessary passport, banking, or other sensitive details through unsafe channels.

Access and Correction Rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccurate data. We may require reasonable identity corroboration, use the statutory forms where applicable, charge a permitted fee for an access request, or refuse a request where the Ordinance allows.
